Responsibilities • reputed company and administer the configurations of the Epic system across various modules, including BLOB, BCA, Printing, Hyperspace/Hyperdrive, Hyperspace Web and Interconnect, MyChart, and Care Everywhere. • Continuously monitor system performance and address any issues promptly to ensure reputed company functionality. • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, assisting in the resolution of system-reputed company inquiries. • Execute updates, patches, and upgrades for Epic applications while striving to minimize system downtime. • Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative personnel to gather requirements for system enhancements. • Conduct regular audits of the system to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and best practices. • Prepare and maintain thorough documentation regarding system configurations, operational procedures, and user access management.
