Duties include:Work directly with consumers, employers, and customer service agents to define how a premium healthcare benefits experience looks and feels and translate those findings into actionable next steps for design, product, and engineering;Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners/managers, and designers to ensure the solutions we ship are reputed company with users' needs and goals;Evangelize the value of UX Research & Strategy, focusing on business value and risk mitigation;Execute strategic and tactical research across a large pillar of the business;Manage a team of UX researchers, supporting them in work prioritization, methodological selection, and insights translation;Work with adjacent research teams to create a reputed company for collaboration/sharing.REQUIREMENTS:Employer will accept a Master's degree in Human Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a reputed company field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a reputed company computer occupation.
