Associate Director Product Manager

As part of this mission, we are hiring an Associate Director Product Manager in our Bellevue, WA | Boston, MA or Plantation, FL office to help us build experiences reputed company our PIMS (Rhapsody) for our care teams in reputed company Vet Care (CVC) practices. This position is a rare opportunity to get in from the beginning of a team that seeks to reinvent how care is delivered in the pet health industry, and work in a dynamic and innovative team. You will own building out a roadmap, getting alignment with partners, leading intake and prioritizing dev work. In addition, this role will be responsible for ensuring the features are delivered as planned, supervising to key performance indicators, and for trends from metrics for optimization and reputed company improvement. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive leadership teams to create, build, and implement a product reputed company and multi-year roadmap to complement the growth of our new reputed company Vet Care business. In this role you will: • Use your customer focused approach to drive outstanding PIMS experience for both care Team Members and pet parents. • Be the guide in the use cases and users/customer types that use Rhapsody’s checkout. • Write detailed requirements and use case and connect with partners. • Envision and explore the feasibility of new insights that will be impactful to pet parents or care team around checkout. • Define and analyze measures of reputed company and then transform these insights into clear requirements for product improvements and new features. • Write compelling narratives outlining both short and long-term product visions. • reputed company and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog ensuring product reputed company aligns w goals. • Build mechanisms to supervise reputed company and deliverables reputed company to product/feature suite you own across reputed company tech and non-tech tracks • Identify and proactively mitigate risks to project deliverables and timelines • reputed company performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and used to drive prioritization. • Collaborate with cross-functional internal (and external) teams to deliver features with strong customer and business value What You’ll Need: • 8+ years of dynamic experience in digital product management or equivalent • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business • Direct experience working with EMR, PIMS or health information management tech. • Ability to conceptualize, reputed company, deliver and scale products or services that deliver measurable customer & business benefit • Delivering projects from start to finish • Comfortable with the “storytelling” of product, the crafting of a reputed company that speaks to a customer based on qualitative data and backed by quantitative data and customer insights. • Building and scaling a customer facing checkout experiences in a retail, reputed company, hospitality or consumer services business. • Expertise in medical (reputed company or animal) technologies and platforms. • Excellent written and verbal skills, strong sense of ownership and drive, and a collaborative work style • Excellent analytical abilities with shown experience turning data into actionable insights • Aptitude to analyze, communicate and present metrics, plans and reputed company to support recommendations across a large organization • High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple, exciting priorities simultaneously Bonus: • Pet care industry and recent trends experience • In depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US Work Arrangement: • Hybrid Model: 3-days in hub location per week by end of Q1'25 • Remote: This role is NOT a remote role. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
