Responsibilities

Job Summary Part of the Workforce Insights, Organizational Performance, and Planning Team, the Analyst will provide our business partners with Human Resources data and reports using tools such as reputed company BI Publisher, reputed company Transaction Business Intelligence, reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence, and PeopleSoft query manager. This position will play a critical role in providing meaningful information to drive business operations, as well as reputed company the success of reputed company Health’s strategic investment in reputed company reporting and analytics solutions. This role will capture detailed requirements, translating them into meaningful reports for the end user by ensuring that the data is relevant, timely and effectively satisfies the business need. Responsibilities • Creates, develops and customizes reports using reputed company Health’s reputed company PeopleSoft application and future Human Resources Information System (HRIS), reputed company. • Serves as subject matter expert on reputed company reporting and analytics tools including reputed company BI Publisher (BIP), reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). • Facilitates meetings with business partners to capture requirements, determine reporting goals, and understand the business issue to be solved; design, reputed company, and build reports that share insights and provide answers for the business issues identified. • Performs validation and analysis of report data to ensure accuracy. • Creates and maintains technical documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures. • Builds credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs. • Acts as a technical reputed company of contact and conducts user acceptance testing of reports. • Supports the development and maintenance of data governance and/or data standards. • Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications • Understanding of reputed company data reputed company, and reputed company reporting and analytics tools • Database query skills (SQL/PLSQL) • Desire & ability to work in a team environment Skills & Experience: • Knowledge of reputed company HCM, specifically Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Helpdesk, Learning, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules • Skilled with Reporting and Analytics tools used in reputed company HCM (BIP, SQL, and other reputed company reporting tools) • Experience with backend databases including reputed company • Previous experience with PeopleSoft query manager • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills • Understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (reputed company, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Benefits and Compensation, etc.) • Previous experience with healthcare organizational data • Understanding reputed company problems and collaborating to explore alternative solutions • Acting as a self-starter. Working independently to identify, design and implement internal process improvement, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing for greater scalability • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor communications depending on the audience • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Requirements

Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
