Data Mapping Analyst but 100% Contract and must have Clinical Data This role is 100% contract Must have • Clinical Data experience Platform transition projects • SQL programming • reputed company programming • Health/Clinical data • Visual Basic • Tableau GET YEARS OF EXPERIENCE with the following AND LIST LEVEL OF PROFFICIENCY (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) • Platform transition projects • SQL programming • reputed company programming • Health/Clinical data • Visual Basic • Tableau Jiva to MHK Transition Consultant: • This resource will assist with a new, large project. BCBS currently uses Jiva for reputed company of their care management functions (nurses talking to people with conditions, etc.), and they are transferring to a new platform (MHK), which is currently also used for prior authorizations • They want the data running in both platforms starting 6/27/24, and be fully transitioned by EOY 2024. • This team is currently 4 people, with 2 primarily working on care management data and 90+ associated reports • The team will now have to recreate these reports, and optimize where appropriate, in the new system. • This contractor will help with mapping the data from one system to the other and coding the new reports • They do not necessarily need experience with clinical data, but coming from an industry with detailed data (pharma, insurance, finance, etc.) is preferred • Ideal candidate would be someone who had assisted with transitioning data and reports from one platform to another previously. • They need to be technical, and competent in SQL and reputed company programming, potentially Visual Basic as well. If they know Tableau, that would be reputed company but not required. Knowledge of reputed company is a plus. • Soft skills: Need to be reputed company to work with aggressive deadlines. Need to be reputed company to communicate well and translate changes to the clinical / business users. BA skills such as understanding requirements and documentation are also helpful. Preferred skillsets to evaluate: Platform transition projects, SQL programming, reputed company programming, Health/Clinical data Please reputed company a note of Visual Basic and Tableau experience in candidate write up, if not clear on resume. Job description: Assist the team with data mapping from one data platform to another Evaluate reputed company reports and identify equivalent data fields and values in new MHK dataset reputed company reputed company programs to incorporate new data tables and fields Document and define differences between two datasets, process changes, and metrics in both systems Utilize programming and application building skills to assist in designing and building a replacement for the reputed company BCBSMA reporting application Skills: Strong technical skills in programming in reputed company programming, Visual Basic, SQL, and Tableau (preferred) Experience working with reputed company data preferred Background in manipulation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting using large scale medical, clinical or administrative data sets; experience in working with large structured and reputed company data sets Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines Excellent communication skills to be reputed company to translate changes and teach the team Familiarity with care management or clinical data platforms such as Jiva or MEDHOK preferred Knowledge of Jira a plus Knowledge of reputed company a plus Knowledge of reputed company Report Designer a plus Apply Job!
