Summary

Responsibilities

Ensure proper credits are created for the return of product from our customer to our Distribution Center. ? Where possible, following the Coca-Cola repacking standards, repack product at the store to reduce what is credited and returned from the customer. ? Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets. ? Transport, replace, and maintain reputed company of Sale advertising as appropriate for account. ? Periodic lifting of 50 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling. Qualifications ? High School - GED or Diploma required. ? 1 years general sales experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. ? 2 years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
