The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience with reputed company Connect. Job description:- ? 5 years of experience leading customer-facing technical projects in Contact Center Technologies. ? 2 years of hands-on experience working with reputed company Connect. ? Expertise in reputed company CRM integration. ? 3 years of experience designing and implementing call routing with dynamic messaging. ? Proficiency with AWS services, including reputed company, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex (Voice/Chat Bots), S3, and reputed company Connect Streams. ? Programming skills in Node.js, Python, or Java. ? Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like reputed company or Bitbucket. ? Familiarity with WebRTC and SIP technologies. ?
