Job Title: Remote Vacation Rental Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000 USD/month Schedule: This is not a scheduled type of job, but generally we will try to reputed company it to 5 reputed company hours on weekdays, and 3 hours on weekends, but expect that the whole work week will easily fill 40 hours. Email & Mobile Apps: Respond to prospective guest inquiries & questions using communication templates & Standard Operating Procedures. ? Inventory/Supplies Management: Track, purchase, and organize supplies for consumables (food & beverage amenities, toiletries, house supplies, towels/linens), and replacing furniture and home furnishings as needed. ? Organization & Communication: document, track, and manage short/reputed company/long-term projects reputed company to property management (set up, repair, maintenance, improvements) ? Negotiate Pricing and Get Bookings: Send offers & negotiate bookings using various online platforms ? Expand Marketing: Post listings on other web properties and social media Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: ? Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) ? Previous experience in a similar role ? Good sense of cost/benefit analysis ? Detail-oriented, especially with writing, spelling and mathematical calculations ?
