Remote Opening as a Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician

Pay Range: $18.00/hour -$21.24/Hour on W2 (USD) Location: Remote Schedule:Assigned shifts vary from 7am to 8pm CT. This is a work from home (WFH) position. Please provide screenshot of license Duties: This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to reputed company callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level. Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with *high volume call center* experience in reputed company, social services, or a similar service position.
