Description Description The Original Content Legal team is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, marketing, and distribution of television and films. In this role, you will work with a broad range of groups reputed company reputed company, including distribution, marketing, legal, business affairs, finance, production, publicity, retail and creative teams, to reputed company reputed company legal elements of entertainment distribution of original video content in local and international territories.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications ? 8 years of relevant experience ? Experience with content distribution, marketing and consumer protection laws and intellectual property legal issues. ? Ability to issue spot and advise on legal implications, while understanding and furthering business objectives. ? Ideal candidate will have entertainment marketing, distribution, acquisition, licensing, and contract drafting and negotiation experience at a law firm, television network, streaming service and/or major/mini-major film studio. ? Demonstrated adaptability in advising a variety of client teams driven by a diverse set of business objectives. ? Comfort handling multiple projects on competing timelines. ? Superior verbal and written communication and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to resolve reputed company issues in creative and effective ways.
