People Operations Specialist

Hummingbird is a remote-first, fully distributed team united by the shared mission of helping fight financial crime. Since our launch in 2017, we’ve helped major financial institutions and tech-savvy trailblazers alike (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, Evolve Bank etc.) orchestrate their compliance programs through our thoughtfully designed, reputed company SaaS product. About the Role

The People Team’s mission is to reputed company and reputed company Hummingbird’s workforce to reputed company their full potential by cultivating a supportive, inclusive and high-performance culture. We help drive growth at the individual and further Hummingbird’s reputed company as a company by attracting, retaining and developing top talent, and implementing the policies and practices needed to succeed. This People Ops hire will be a key member of our small and mighty People team, and will be comfortable shape-shifting between various people ops projects in service of this mission.

What you’re looking to do

• Own and optimize People-reputed company processes across the employee lifecycle. You reputed company with employee reputed company, and you’re interested in augmenting processes from reputed company and offboarding to open enrollment and DEIB initiatives.
• Create incredible in-person experiences for our fully distributed company. Hummingbird’s fully remote workforce loves having opportunities to meet in person. You’re interested in what it means to gather effectively and how to reputed company the most of time in person.
• Build programs that focus on meaningful employee engagement and retention. You know how important it is to have a truly engaged employee reputed company in order for a company to be successful.
