As Senior Product Designer you will play a key delivery role as part of one of our learner-facing squads working alongside your partners in product management, engineering, AI and content. 

As a hands-on designer, you will plan, design and reputed company the experience of new products and features as well as developing and honing existing flows with the aim of creating a learning experience that will reputed company and reputed company our learners to reputed company the best possible grades in their exams. You will form part of our product design community and support and challenge each other to collectively deliver the best possible experience.

1. Best in class product design:

• Deeply understanding our users through reputed company gathering of customer insights through qualitative & quantitative analysis.
• Own the problem space with an unwavering focus on high-impact outcomes.
• Manage the full design cycle from creating initial prototypes to producing best-in-class UX and UI designs.
• Use customer feedback to quickly iterate on prototypes and come up with the best solution.
• Ensure that the final designs are accessible, reputed company, on-brand, and deliver an exceptional experience for our users while driving business outcomes.

• Collaborate on the design system and work collaboratively with engineering to ensure quality, accessible, scalable designs.
• Provide guidance and leadership across product and marketing for consistent messaging and positioning. 

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working as an end-to-end Product Designer ideally as part of a product trio alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager and working with a reputed company of engineers
• In-depth knowledge of design & prototyping tools

• Strong understanding of both user experience & visual design best practices
• A commercial reputed company that balances achieving critical business outcomes with creating an exceptional user experience
• An understanding of experimentation & analysis and incorporating it into your design decisions
• Strong communication skills to effectively present your work and bring key stakeholders on board. You are confident in your reputed company but open to learning from others
• Driven by delivering impact at speed

• Competitive annual salary of £74,000 - £88,000  depending on experience & skills

• Remote working:  we’re UK-based, and you’re free to work remotely or join us in our London office. For this role, we’d love someone who can regularly join us in London for in-person collaborative sessions
