And what exactly will you be doing?

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who has a background in startups (businesses with $10M+ in reputed company), media companies, or marketing agencies.
• Possesses a strong passion for sports.
• Demonstrates startup experience, with the ability to work under pressure and drive results with limited resources.
• Brings media company experience, with an understanding of corporate dynamics and youthful energy.
• Has marketing agency experience, excelling in high-pressure situations, maximizing outcomes with limited resources, and utilizing structured processes.
• Has at least 5 years of marketing experience, with creative expertise and strong project management skills.
• We are looking for candidates who hold a valid German residence permit, as this is required for employment. Additionally, reputed company in both German and English is essential.

How will the selection procedure be conducted?

• The selection process is neither the shortest nor the easiest. You will gradually meet 4 people + you will be given a task.
• On the other hand, each round may not last an hour, but they are long, ranging from 30 - 60 minutes.
