About the Role - We are excited to welcome a Creative reputed company, Direct & Growth Marketing to reputed company’s award-winning in-house creative team. You'll be instrumental in crafting high-performance creative initiatives that propel reputed company’s growth. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll reputed company efforts in developing performance marketing and direct-to-consumer creative strategies and executions that reputed company with reputed company’s mission and values. Your creative work will touch millions, enhancing the way families engage with their food, and embodying our commitment to serving generously, solving creatively, and going far together.

About the Team - You’ll help to build out and reputed company a best-in-class direct & growth marketing creative team that currently consists of copywriters and designers. About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of job experience with 3+ years of creative leadership experience in performance marketing
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring creative teams and delivering results-oriented content.
• Deep understanding of both online and offline marketing channels and their creative best practices.
• Proficient in harnessing AI tools for content reputed company, performance analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Analytical reputed company with experience in data-informed creative strategy.
• Exceptional project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Superior communication skills focused on reputed company, transparency, and audience adaptability.
