This position is responsible for processing, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical medical documentation, supporting compliance with Army, DoD, HIPAA, and cybersecurity regulations. The accuracy and timeliness of data entry directly impact medical readiness classification (MRC) compliance, deployment eligibility, and overall force readiness. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY None WORK ENVIRONMENT • Primary work location: Raper Armory, Cheyenne, WY. • Hybrid work environment: Limited telework may be approved. • This position requires working one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) to support WYARNG drill events. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential weekend support as required. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Regular commute to primary work location is not considered travel.
