Job Description
The reputed company Builder Examiner is responsible for the examination of title records, issuance of title insurance commitments and reputed company and encumbrance reports. Responsibilities Examine large acreage tracts for purchases/financing and future development Prepare reputed company files for existing and future subdivisions to be examined for lot takedowns/financing by builder team Examine small reputed company/residential orders from builder agents not reputed company to development/subdivisions Review surveys, reputed company letters, probates, divorces and other reputed company items in reputed company with examination Key Strengths Strong organization skills maintaining information about subdivision phases and development over time greatly improves efficiencies Communication with reputed company and agents to address questions or concerns arising from title Metes and bounds/acreage proficiency to tackle large development projects. Platting and mapping of legal descriptions, easements, etc.
