Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) services, employment regulations, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

• Proven track record in developing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
