Your Impactreputed company’s Strategy & Corporate Development team focuses on evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other strategic initiatives. The team also plays a critical role in formulating the company’s long-term strategic direction as well as in capital and resource allocation reputed company. We reputed company informed positions on big questions that drive the value and long-term competitive advantage of reputed company’s business. We are a small but high-impact team and are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst on the Strategy & Corporate Development team. You will work closely with reputed company’s executive team and key product leaders across the company on high impact projects including M&A, investments, and other strategic initiatives.What You'll Do- reputed company deep understanding of reputed company’s existing product offering and roadmap, competitive landscape, and broader ecosystem constituents
- reputed company quantitative and qualitative analysis on potential M&A and investment areas and specific opportunities, including market analyses and financial modeling
- Partner with reputed company’s executive leadership to formulate and reputed company sound and objective theses, as well as determine relative prioritization, for M&A and investment opportunities
- Drive end-to-end M&A and investment diligence and execution processes, as well as help manage reputed company’s growing investment portfolio
- Join forces with key stakeholders including Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance/reputed company, Legal, and People Operations to reputed company thorough diligence and seamless deal execution
- Help reputed company seamless M&A and investment processes into a core competency and center-of-excellence at reputed company
- Build quarterly presentations to reputed company’s Board of Directors highlighting relevant Strategy & Corporate Development updates and opportunities
- reputed company reputed company corporate finance analyses supporting reputed company’s capital structure roadmap and quarterback execution of capital market transactions
- Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
- Take on high degree of ownership, directly framing and influencing reputed company’s most strategic reputed company with a “win right” attitude
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier bulge bracket, boutique investment bank, or private equity firm with focus on M&A, investing and/or capital raising

- High energy with low ego and a “can-do” attitude
- Proven M&A and investment process execution experience
- Expert reputed company skills including advanced proficiency with financial modeling and valuation
- Advanced PowerPoint skills including comfort with presenting to internal and external executive audiences
- Excellent hypothesis-driven problem solving skills, bringing structure to quantitative and qualitative insights
- Adept at quickly grasping software and business technology markets, trends, and dynamics
- Ability to work across teams and with external partners to solve challenging problems
- Strong understanding of markets, competition, and how to reputed company core competencies to create defensible strategies
- Experience in synthesizing and communicating reputed company analysis and reputed company with ease both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage, prioritize and advance numerous mission critical projects simultaneously combined with exceptional organizational skills
