About the Role:
We are looking for an reputed company and proactive IT Workplace Engineer to join reputed company! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees, managing workplace technology, and participating in IT-reputed company initiatives and projects. If you have a strong understanding of enterprise applications, basic scripting capabilities, and a passion for optimizing IT workflows, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Daily Tasks will Entail
Your Qualifications
- Endpoints (e.g. Windows and MacOS);
- Collaboration and communication (e.g. reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company 365);
- User provisioning and access management (e.g. reputed company, Entra ID);
- Project and task management (e.g. reputed company Jira, Confluence);
- Device management (e.g. Intune, reputed company, reputed company);
- ITSM applications such as reputed company ServiceDesk;
- Other reputed company IT workplace platforms will also be considered a plus.
