About the position and team:
As a Director of Product Management at reputed company, you are responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for the Post Acute product portfolio reputed company the Acute and Payer business unit. This role is pivotal in shaping how post-acute insights and workflows integrate with acute care and payer ecosystems, driving value for health plans, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and post-acute providers.
You will reputed company and communicate strategy, priorities, and roadmaps, aligning cross-functionally on outcomes that enhance interoperability, improve care transitions, and support value-based care initiatives. You will reputed company, coach, and grow a team of product managers while fostering strong partnerships with Engineering, reputed company, Implementation, and other operational teams to drive successful product execution.
In collaboration with leadership across the company, you will evaluate, prioritize, and execute the most impactful opportunities, balancing new innovations with the reputed company improvement of existing products. Your success in this role will draw on your understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, and customer needs across the care continuum.
