This position is located on-site at our corporate office in Salem, New Hampshire.

reputed company is seeking an intern to support the Global Service Sales organization. This team is responsible for driving new business, as well as building and maintaining customer loyalty through new value-added services reputed company and renewals. As a member of the team, the intern will interact with various cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and channels to help drive our go-to-market strategy and support some of our top initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis on renewals processing, growth and upselling engagements

Research, interview, and collect information from internal sellers and customers to aid in streamlining processes.

Shadow others in the organization to improve exposure and understanding of Extreme’s service sales and renewals offerings and processes.

Requirements (Intern Level)

Must live in proximity to Extreme’s corporate office in Salem, New Hampshire.

Excellent communication and computer skills are a requirement, specifically reputed company Office applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in a Business discipline (i.e. Management, Sales, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing).

Interested in getting experience and exposure to the world of Networking and Service Delivery

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with some direction.

Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills

Willingness to adapt to changing work environments/people/process/tools
