This is a managerial role focused on growing and building a team of business analysts to deploy enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position the customer for a successful collaboration in both our reputed company and newly developing markets. Location: Hybrid in one of our US based hubs (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas) Reports to: Director, Product Enablement Direct Reports: 4-8 Business Analysts

• Provide management and direction to a team of business analysts, including coaching, mentoring, and managing team members' performance.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, respect, and reputed company learning, promoting diversity and inclusion and supporting team members' personal and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to identify new opportunities for business growth and facilitating the development of new services and processes.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization.

• Provide regular reporting and communication to senior leadership on team performance, project status, and other key metrics.

• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience as a servant leader, with the ability to reputed company by example, build trust and reputed company team members to take ownership of their work.
