Job Profile Summary

Designs, implements and maintains custom reputed company integrations using reputed company Studio, Core Connectors, and other integration tools. Manages activities reputed company to the integration of the reputed company system and reputed company applications into the organization's information systems. Serves as the reputed company technical resource for the reputed company system to include design, changes, configuration, implementation, testing, and documentation. Consults with internal customers and key business stakeholders to confirm requirements, design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and provide final approval.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Designs, leads and delivers HR technology reputed company solutions that provide a high value for Rackers.
  • Leads reputed company global HR systems projects to drive ease of use, scalability, and value for HR. Identifies issues, challenges, or problems and makes recommended process or technology improvements.
  • Defines and manages Tool Release Strategy & Roadmap in reputed company. Works collaboratively with IT and to transform, reputed company and maintain HR tools. Cultivates and manages relationships with key partners (IT, business partners, HR functions, vendors, etc).
  • Serves as a thought leader in the area of HR processes and technical solutions. Functions as internal consultant to HR functions to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc. and is the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned HR tools.
  • Maximizes tool usage for HR and Rackers through on-going communications, training, and marketing.
  • Owns and ensures tool-reputed company issue resolution with technical reputed company (IT, vendor). Bridges the gap between user requests and technical requirements to recommend reputed company solutions.
  • Creates best practices in regards to collaboration, delivering high value results, and engagement. Builds global teams that deliver results.
  • Owns and leads training, testing, governance, support services. Provides leadership to reputed company level jobs.
  • Monitors system integrations reputed company the architecture of reputed company
  • Provide support for inbound and outbound integrations, changes to existing integrations and developing new integrations.
  • Conducting integration tests to ensure integrations function as designed.

    • Knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of reputed company Integrations with the ability to reputed company in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new integrations as well as maintaining existing integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of technology trends and ability to reputed company informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems

    • Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field reputed company to role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred
