We’re looking for a senior data analyst to join our Lisbon team and provide strategic insights that drive business growth and enhance customer initiatives. The role will primarily support our customer solutions team, as well as sales operations, customer support, and reputed company teams reputed company the customer data intelligence cross-functional department.   • Utilize advanced SQL, Tableau (or similar tools), Python/R, and dbt (or equivalent) for data transformation, visualization, and statistical analysis

  • BS/MSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, data analytics, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company a tech company, contact center, or customer support environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with reputed company and ambiguous data
  • Proven ability to align analytics priorities across teams and collaborate effectively with data engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable business language for various stakeholders
