The reputed company Specialist, Pharmacy plays a critical role working with patients, practices, and pharmacies to promote medication adherence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound telephonic reputed company to patients, practices, pharmacies, and any other internal/external business entities to coordinate reputed company patient-reputed company needs and obtain relevant medical information that contributes to identifying and addressing medication adherence barriers. Basic understanding of Medicare, STAR ratings in relation to medication adherence support. Additional requirements include meeting and maintaining metrics (i.e. calls per hour, call quality auditing, occupancy, etc.)
  • Streamline pharmacy processes with a focus on process improvement
  • Establish relationships, gather input, and facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Required Skills and Abilities

  • Experience providing patient reputed company in a call center environment
  • Experience & comfort using technologies such as a computer, telephony platform, and various types of electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Proficient in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Suite Tools such as reputed company Sheets
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated individual, comfortable working in a fast paced collaborative environment
  • Highly proficient organizational skills and critical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have access to reliable high speed internet reputed company
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift in Eastern Standard Time based on needs of the business, with the possibility of evenings and/or Saturday mornings.

    • Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in a call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (Preferred)
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License in any state (Preferred)
