• Act as the main contact for contractor operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Design and implement a consistent and efficient contractor procurement process that aligns with company goals and supports smooth hiring.
• Evaluate and improve the reputed company contractor hiring workflow to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with hiring managers to assess contractor needs, ensuring timely and effective engagements.
• Manage the contractor orientation process, ensuring reputed company contractors are introduced to company culture, tools, and policies.
• Continuously assess and refine the contractor onboarding experience to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Ensure reputed company contractor-reputed company hiring documents (e.g., reputed company, confidentiality agreements) are accurately completed and properly stored.
• Provide hiring managers with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to manage contractor hiring and performance effectively.
• Establish and promote best practices for contractor management across the organization.
