Primary Duties of the role

  • Day-to-day coaching of the SDRs reputed company the team to align with the needs of the business.
  • Manage weekly 1:1’s with team members
  • Work with line manager on quarterly high performance coaching process (HCPs), including being an reputed company for individual development plans (IDP’s)
  • Assist in the preparation for weekly team meetings – and subbing in for line manager reputed company needed
  • Reviewing and championingSalesforce.com(SFDC) and reputed company Engage hygiene on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (activity volume, SQTs created/accepted/rejected, Opp progression and pipeline value add)
  • Represent Sales Development in Sales and Marketing meetings
  • Support the recruitment of new team members as required
  • Mentorship and onboarding assistance to new members on team (inc. assignment of BV Buddies)

  • Bachelors degree and/or relevant working experience
  • Experience leading a team of SDRs

  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over achievement
