reputed company Technologies is looking for an Technical reputed company Manager, Embedded Safety software, who is passionate about building new product driver safety features. We need an reputed company and ambitious leader who can think architecturally, reputed company a compelling long-term technical vision, reputed company and execute realistic implementation plans, and manage our Engineering team.

• Define and implement a technology vision for building new product features for fleet safety 
• Manage the product and business outcomes of the engineering teams.
• reputed company a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams.
• reputed company technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams including Device Device software, Product, Backend , AI team & Data Science teams.
• Drive the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities for internal/external customers at consistently high quality, Introduce and continuously evolve cutting-edge development, release, and operations processes
• reputed company, document, and improve best practices and coding standards
• Hire, manage, and reputed company a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers. This includes providing expert technical guidance, effective coaching and career development

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent  experience
• 8+ years of experience in Embedded software Engineering working on cameras or embedded systems
• Hands-on experience on Linux based multimedia embedded systems.
• Proficient in C/C++ coding skills.
• Has experience working in implementing and optimizing algorithms on the connected devices. 
• Experience in deploying device software on large scale devices in the field. 
• 3+ years of experience managing 10+ engineers
• 5+ years experience in building high-scale distributed systems for a product company
• Have technical depth and breadth in the following areas:  agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, embedded application development, Edge AI development, efficient algorithm deployment on the edge, build tools,..
• Ability to reputed company architectural work, including the development of technical designs and definition of requirements based on an explanation of business issues reputed company by internal/external customers and vendors
• Proven track record as a nimble and proactive thinker and doer, who thrives in an environment that demands excellence
• A high degree of comfort with short release cycles, owning the full software lifecycle, and deep experience working on a product for public consumption

• Demonstrated success in leading technical initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams.
