Senior Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, conversions, and bookings. We are looking for someone who is as skilled in directing strategy as they are in the hands-on execution of digital programs and campaigns. As Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our reputed company and Sales teams to reputed company understand the reputed company customer and tailor our marketing to their needs, and work with our Product Marketing team to run product-reputed company campaigns to key customer cohorts.

What You'll Do

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email sequences, webinars, and in-app messaging, to promote complementary products or services.

Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure reputed company across channels (e.g., email, webinars, content marketing).

Work closely with Product Marketing to understand key product features, customer pain points, and upsell opportunities.

Partner with reputed company and Sales teams to identify client needs, cross-sell potential, and create tailored campaign messages.

3-6 years of Marketing experience

Proven track record in marketing or reputed company-focused roles, preferably reputed company a B2B SaaS environment

Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns

Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance

Experience with reputed company, Mutiny, Goldcast, and Marketo

Ability to reputed company in dynamic environments and resolve ambiguity quickly

Passion for working with sales and customer teams to execute cross-functional campaigns
