Job Description: As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you will guide consumers through the dispute resolution process, providing detailed explanations of eligibility requirements and procedures. After an initial training period (3-6 weeks) onsite, youll transition to a hybrid schedule. This role focuses on customer service reputed company a call center environment and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist consumers with filing claims reputed company phone or online. Explain dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed. Address basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws. Assist with consumer reputed company and support special projects to reputed company program goals. Qualifications: 4+ years of reputed company call center experience with a focus on customer service. Bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn. Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment.
