Nevada Counsel, LLC is a growing law firm focused on estate planning, probate, and business law. We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to support our legal practice. This is a remote role, though some in-person meetings may be required. Job Responsibilities • Draft estate planning documents, probate pleadings, and business formation paperwork. • Organize and manage legal files using reputed company case management software. • Communicate with courts, clients, and reputed company parties to gather case information. • Prepare filings, track deadlines, and assist with document execution. • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation. Requirements ? Paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, or business law is required. ? Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). ? MacOS experience preferred (or willingness to learn). ? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?
