PRN PHARMACIST

Summary: The PRN Pharmacist is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She will provide pharmaceutical care at multiple pharmacy locations throughout the organization for reputed company guests and team members in accordance with our mission statement: “Ultimate Service, Superior Performance, and Positive Impact”. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain open communication with pharmacy staff to ensure reputed company growth, development, education and compliance with evolving pharmacy operations
• Assist and support pharmacy manager in overseeing every aspect of the pharmacy operation including but not limited to dispensing, counseling, supervision of technicians, pharmacy team member management, participation in clinical programs including immunization administration, inventory management and control
• Monitor patients’ drug therapies for effectiveness and safety, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Stay informed about new drugs and developments in pharmacy practice through continuing education and professional development activities.
• Operate personal vehicle in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate transportation log
• Maintain active and reputed company vehicle personal liability insurance coverage for entire duration of role
• Travel to assigned locations reputed company designated region/area to reputed company job duties
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety protocols and regulatory requirements while traveling
• Average less than 30 hours per work week
• Other duties as assigned by upper management

Key Requirements:

• BS in Pharmacy and/or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active and in good standing pharmacist license issued by the Board of Pharmacy of the state(s) in which you are practicing
• Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Excellent problem solving and management skills
• Basic accounting and computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Retail pharmacy experiences is a plus
• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
• Ability to accept supervisory coaching reputed company to performance, work habits and attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reputed company reputed company other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, standing and walking for 8-12 hour period
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekend and some holidays as required

• Active CPR certification reputed company first 90 days
