Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING The Chemical Handler/Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of chemical handling, distribution, and maintenance within the facility. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient use of chemicals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the Environmental, Health, and Safety team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. THE WORK
- Mixes chemicals based on operations need and distributes to operators.
- Monitors usage and maintains min / max levels based on shop load
- Ensures chemicals are within usage date daily and seeks usage extensions, as applicable
- Maintains clean work environment
- Maintains accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Works with Environmental, Health, and Safety team on expired chemical disposal through proper waste stream
- Reports chemical usage to management and monitors spend

Basic Qualifications: Experiance with multiple ERP System's Inventory experiance Prior work environment maintenance Desired Skills: Work with Hazmat materials Ability to work well with others Previous working in a Manufacturing environment Knowledge of chemical safety protocols, hazardous materials Handling, and environmental regulations. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
