Your mission We’re seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Manager Americas to drive scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion. You’ll be responsible for developing and collaborating on the execution of one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many digital strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and social channels to optimize growth throughout the marketing funnel. This role requires a reputed company of analytical thinking, digital channel know how, creative problem-solving, and hands-on campaign operations.

What You'll Do

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using tools like reputed company Analytics and more.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and run experiments to optimize digital channels.
• SEO & Content Strategy: reputed company SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning to improve organic visibility.

• Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across channels.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and sales tools (reputed company Ads, Facebook/reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, Folloze. reputed company.com knowledge a must).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing best practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
