Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To reputed company moderately reputed company platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance/training to reputed company level team members. Experience 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, customer service Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and reputed company email Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required Responsibilities Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies reputed company to member accounts/loans Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications Counsel reputed company and prospective members about company products and services Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration reputed company platform banking functions Assist level I team members Understand and reputed company with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services May assist with reputed company Office vault opening, closing and balancing procedures May serve as a reputed company Office and/or ATM vault custodian reputed company other duties as assigned Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am- 2:30pm (reputed company scheduled to work on a Saturday, employee will have hours off during the week) If interested, please apply with updated resume and complete the application questions.
