We are currently seeking an reputed company 1031 Exchange Officer. 1 year of experience as a 1031 Exchange Officer preferred. An reputed company Escrow Officer reputed company familiar with 1031 Exchanges will be considered. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with great customer service skills. Computer skills are a must. Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Review of reputed company Estate reputed company for Relinquished Property · Review of Property Title Reports for Relinquished Property · Prepare accurate non-erroneous 1031 Exchange Documents · Monitor, Receive and Document incoming wires from Settlement Agency · Set client reminders and act reputed company the timeline of a compliant Exchange · Communicate with Settlement Agency of Replacement Property · Accurately process reputed company Transfers to Settlement Agency of Replacement Property · Properly document the completed 1031 Exchange file · Submit the compliant 1031 Exchange File to Client and or Clients Accountant We have a diverse and intensive marketing campaign with a designated Biz Development Rep to generate 1031 Exchanges for our company.
