Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of initiatives that support Geico Auto Insurance's strategic goals. Utilize your deep understanding of Workday to ensure successful implementations and integrations. Collaborate with the Workday team and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed successfully within established timelines. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure these solutions are properly documented. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize systems. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to team members to help them reach their full potential. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and future initiatives.
