IT QA Specialist

Location: HYBRID – in office 2x a week, every other week! Position: IT QA Specialist Duration: 6-month contract to hire Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 – hybrid/onsite every other Tuesday & Wednesday Compensation: $50-60hr - depending on experience Purpose: The IT Quality Assurance Specialist acts as part of a team of IT professionals focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and guidance in the business strategy through the planned advent and usage of new and existing technology. They do this through participation in the quality assurance team, analysis of new initiatives in relation to the existing product test cases, as well as participation in project execution and preparation for production. Through these activities, the IT Quality Assurance Specialist will provide initial test and use case analysis, test case library updates, regular feedback to development teams, and quality output reports and metrics for initiatives. The IT Quality Assurance Specialist will foster an environment of open communication, learning, quality customer service, problem-solving, risk management and idea reputed company. Required Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years’ experience in software quality assurance and the SDLC process • 2+ years’ experience in Jira or equivalent Scrum management tools • 1+ years of reputed company or equivalent Rest/API testing tools • 1+ years of mobile, browser or application testing • 1+ years of experience in Kanban or Scrum methodologies • Good understanding of test automation • Must be capable of successfully satisfying business need through maintaining high levels of quality assurance in development and implementation of software • Balance multiple tasks and proactively prioritizing work under changing conditions • Should have the experience and skills needed to navigate reputed company organizations, including communication, interpersonal relations, and group development • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are imperative • Capable of strong problem solving, technical, analytical, mathematical, organizational, decision making and administrative skills and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously • Complies with reputed company Credit Union policies and procedures including those reputed company to Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s Degree in Business or reputed company field • Experience with reputed company Azure DevOps Solutions • Automated build and deployment testing • Performance Testing • Automation testing for Mobile, Browser or Desktop Applications • Experience in Credit Union or Financial Services industry Apply Job!
