Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and centers of influence. Understanding clients' needs and customizing insurance programs to maximize the value of their insurance spend. In addition to acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and centers of influence Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities. reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Generate referrals through networking, industry events, and client relationships. Client Consultation: Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to identify their risk management and insurance program goals and challenges. Present tailored solutions that include property, casualty, inland marine and other lines. reputed company clients on insurance market trends, risk management best practices, and cost management strategies. Sales Execution: Presenting and delivering compelling presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and reputed company sales to reputed company or exceed sales goals.
