Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Our clinic based SLP position at WellCare is a part of a dynamic and growing team. Our SLPs provide evaluations and reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of delays and disorders. These plans are part of a team which can consist of ABA, Occupational, and Physical Therapy, so COLLABORATION is CRITICAL. The demographics for this position are primarily children ages 2-21, with developmental delays including, but not limited to, ASD. Job Duties Completes comprehensive evaluation of the childs speech, language, swallowing, voice, etc including strengths and weaknesses Develops treatment goals and milestones with patient caregivers and families Provides services for a variety of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with patient team (including families and caregivers) to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation through EMR Selects and administers diagnostic and therapeutic techniques and materials Plans for patients discharge, prepares discharge summaries and instructions. Attends meetings and participates in development activities. Complies with reputed company necessary policies and procedures Other duties / responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral Degree in Speech-language Pathology Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is in good standing Must be currently licensed (or reputed company to obtain a license) as an SLP in good standing in the reputed company.
