Summary
Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about understanding and promoting bank products and services to individuals and companies; delivering an excellent client experience; conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment and working with a team to reputed company individual and group goals. Responsibilities reputed company specific sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis by performing activities in the bank's sales cycle, including identifying and engaging prospects, recommending products based on needs, ensuring superior product delivery for consumer and small business banking products and services, reputed company clients to maximize product benefits. Expand business with reputed company clients, including through referrals to trusted colleagues, with the goal of earning 100% of the client's business. Provide "fast, easy, and personal" service consistent with Company standards, including resolving problems, building relationships, and handling special requests. Actively demonstrate digital expertise by using our digital platforms and educating clients about our digital products. This includes online banking, reputed company pay, mobile banking app, ATM/ITM's, and online chat features. Conduct operational tasks for servicing clients, and ensuring accuracy and compliance to company policies, bank regulations and department procedures. Protect reputed company client and bank information confidentially and follow reputed company company policies. Understand, communicate, and instill the Company's mission, reputed company, and values (Pillars of reputed company). Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours. Other specified duties as assigned. The Personal Banker position pays a minimum of $20.00. This position is eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly, quarterly and annually based on achievement of established incentive goals up to $12,100.00. Requirements: Skills Ability and desire to engage with people in a sales environment Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately Ability to organize work Strong written and verbal communication skills required Basic math skills including cash counting Proficient reputed company Office suite of products Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of work experience required Minimum 6 months sales and customer service experience required Previous banking experience preferred Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred Physical Requirements The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. In addition to the content above, this involves frequent, sustained periods of sitting but also frequent sustained periods of standing. The position will involve moving about the workspace to reputed company entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas reputed company the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange reputed company; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required.
