Director Investment Risk

Position Description: The investment risk manager role is critical in ensuring that investment portfolios are managed in accordance with risk appetite and regulatory requirements, while optimizing risk-adjusted returns for investors. Additionally, the role will be responsible for annual planning and corresponding analysis. Position Location: This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE office is preferred) and partially from home. What you do: • Identify, analyze, and evaluate various types of risks associated with investment portfolios, including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. This needs to be conducted using a holistic approach, bridging the various investment and operational teams. • Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand investment strategies and ensure risk considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
