Do you enjoy searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of primarily reputed company or industrial property title. You will be working on assignments that are varied and reputed company requiring breadth and depth of experience with different types of properties. * What You’ll Do: • Searches & Examines chains of title primarily for reputed company land • Performs title examination of reputed company title orders requiring a high level of title expertise • Abstracts and analyzes records, such as leases, subleases, acreage, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plot and map books.
