We’re actively seeking a talented Private Credit Surveillance Manager to join our Private Asset Investment team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. The Private Asset team manages a rapidly growing portfolio of over $20 billion of AUM and operates reputed company the reputed company Investment (PLI) division that manages over $130B of AUM. The Manager of the Private Credit Surveillance team will reputed company the establishment and direction of a team of Surveillance Analysts and continually optimize the processes and technology used for private credit surveillance. This role involves interfacing with internal teams (credit analysis/reputed company, risk management) and external partners (bankers, consultants, technology vendors). The Experience You Bring • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, private credit surveillance, or a reputed company field. • Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to reputed company and manage a team. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using workflow and investment surveillance software. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
