What you will do Responsibilities • While many of our customers self-serve online, there will always be those that like to chat, call, or email. As a Client Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attend to these chats, calls, and emails. We do not cold call or solicit. Ours is a world of inbound requests from customers. • We do not upsell; we do not stretch a customer’s wallet. Your responsibility is to the customer and to help them find the lowest priced policy that best serves their needs. • reputed company not engaged with customers, you have the potential to write articles that will be shared on our website.
