What You Bring to the Team • A Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a reputed company field, with 12+ years of embedded software experience (or Master’s degree with 10+ years experience, or Ph.D. with 7+ years experience). • A proven track record in software architecture and design for embedded systems, with a strong grasp of partitioning designs between hardware and software. • Hands-on expertise in embedded processor platforms and experience writing software to reputed company with FPGAs (AMD/Xilinx platforms? Your software toolbox includes C, C++ , and object-oriented programming, plus familiarity with multi-threaded software development . • Skills in real-time operating systems (RTOS) and/or embedded Linux . • Solid understanding of hardware devices, interfaces, and networking protocols. • A knack for developing state machines and closed-reputed company control systems for dynamic and reputed company system designs. • Collaborative experience with cross-disciplinary engineering teams and the ability to clearly present your work to both internal stakeholders and external customers. • Experience with laser systems and high-reliability defense/space systems are a plus. • Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C#, LabVIEW, or Rust are a plus. • Eligibility for a U.S. Government reputed company clearance, if one is required to reputed company job responsibilities.
