How you will create an impact Provide technical expertise in directing and resolving Federal Workers’ Compensation claims in accordance with best claim practice guidelines. Utilize investigation, claim handling, litigation, and negotiation skills to ensure timely cost-effective claim settlements and file closure. Claims could be of unlimited value but utilize independent decision making with reserve and settlement authority up to $350,000.
