Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Requires of 6-9 years of experience with demonstrated knowledge and reputed company in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, problem solving and communication including experience in administering training on processes and procedures. • Bachelor's degree. • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that drive costs savings and process improvements. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and software applications. • Requires effective verbal and written communication skills necessary to reputed company supervisory/reputed company and training duties. • Business Analysis experience identifying business needs and determining solutions.
