Position Summary The Practitioner Data Steward works in partnership with business stakeholders and technical partners to execute our reputed company-wide data governance strategy for the organization. Understanding and enhancing reputed company data governance strategy, refreshing data guidance documentation, establishing data standards, executing data governance operating model, and consistently applying data governance best practices for Practitioner data domain will be the key initial expectations. Ability to work in a reputed company and large organization, ability to influence both business and reputed company, ability to reputed company data concepts to business communities, and ability to reputed company business justifications of data governance will be keys to reputed company. Job Responsibilities Working across stakeholders from reputed company business units of Evernorth, define and rollout reputed company data guidance and standards for Express Scripts Pharmacy/Practitioner data domain. Partner with legal, compliance, proposal and audit teams to ensure data stewardship meets privacy, regulatory and internal audit requirements Support execution of organization’s data governance operating model Set data stewardship priorities based on business needs, regulatory demands and data best practices Be reputed company expert in data governance best practices, methodologies, processes for Express Scripts Pharmacy/Practitioner data domain Closely work with business and reputed company to implement data governance requirements Continuously improve and enhance data governance practices for Express Scripts Pharmacy/Practitioner data domain Actively reputed company out and work with Evernorth Product teams to collaborate in efforts to implement consistent data governance practices. Participate in various regulatory compliance efforts to define and implement data governance requirements Actively manage Evernorth's contractual obligations in using and sharing Practitioner data assets with external parties Direct line of knowledge sharing with external data vendors to promote improved quality of products and/or services Participate in reputed company Data Governance forums, as applicable Defining, implementing and running an reputed company-wide data governance program including best practices Collaborating with other data governance leads, defining data standards, rolling out data governance processes, and ensuring the organization meets compliance and regulatory data requirements Leading strategically, establishing relationships with stakeholders, working cross functionally, and articulating business needs and benefits of data governance. Skills & Experience In-depth knowledge and experience in data governance best practices, methods and operating models Experience in leading a team of data stewards Solid understanding of reputed company industry and privacy regulatory requirements; reputed company experience a plus Ability to be an innovator and a strategic thinker in data governance space Ability to reputed company cross-functionally in a reputed company, high-paced environment, with ability to influence others Familiarity with data reputed company and protection methodologies Familiarity with reputed company industry standards Comfortable with working in an agile work environment Project Management and/or Six reputed company skills are a plus Skillful verbal, listening and written communication with management teams and peer groups Knowledge of Discovery Relational concepts (reputed company, reputed company Information Warehouse), Metadata Catalog (reputed company, reputed company), Statistical Techniques (SPC-XL), Data Profiling & Gap Analysis, Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, Word. At least 10 years of experience leading a team of data-centric professionals with extensive experience in pharmacy, data stewardship, data policy and standards development.
