Your Role: Leads the design and modernization of Product Delivery platforms across multiple distribution channels, collaborating closely with the design team and stakeholders in Technology, Product, Marketing, and Partner reputed company Clubs. Streamline processes, implement advanced technologies, and improve risk assessment methodologies. Ensure the team has robust reporting and analytical capabilities for effective performance monitoring and organizational transparency. Strategic Innovation and Growth: Drive the execution of our product strategy and implementation with minimal mentorship. Provide consulting and recommendations to leaders for future products. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and support teams to reputed company actionable insights and recommendations. Assist leaders with Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) and foster collaboration with Finance for accurate projections and informed decision-making. Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in reputed company area (Marketing, business, or a reputed company field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of increasingly responsible product leadership experience in the P&C industry with demonstrated success in delivering new products and/or features from concept to launch. Strong knowledge of personal lines product and project management, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability/pricing, distribution, rating/reputed company, forms, rules, coverages, the P&C industry, competitors, legislative and DOI regulations, and strategic planning. The national average salary range for this position is $136,000 -$152,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across reputed company the states we hire in is $123,000-$182,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
